Softland is a business management software. The challenge was to improve the usability of the human capital management platform, mainly by uncluttering the side menu and creating a dashboard for the home screen. Customised widgets according to the employee’s role.

How might we ensure that the content is found quickly?
Organising the web tree according to HR lifecyles plus a direct access to the dashboard: Candidate Management, People, Payroll, Time, Talent, Health and Wellness. The left side menu will be reserved only for these accesses, functioning as shortcut buttons at the same time.
Subsequentuser tests showed that the search time was halved.
Drop-down menu displayed horizontally to optimise space’.

Once the content of the web tree was validated and some interviews conducted, we established the valuable content for the home screen dashboard widgets.
